On August 6, 2008, Richard Paul Evans and Robert G. Dear BookWise friends,

I am so very pleased at how positive the response has been to our merger with iLearningGlobal.tv. It was my goal to find a place for our family that had 3 things: a well-defined and worthwhile mission, huge ground level potential and a high-paying comp plan. I believe that we have accomplished that goal and it appears that you do too. We have had very, very few terminations (far less than with our BookWise 2.0 change) and I have been flooded with calls and emails from BookWise leaders excited about the merger. One of our leaders confessed to me that he had done his research and was already planning to join iLearningGlobal (ILG). Another leader commented that he had already signed up 12 people his first day and wanted to know how long he would have to wait to put them into the system. (The system will be up by next week.) ILG is growing rapidly and people are joining by the hundreds. Don't wait, bring them onto your team.

I hope you've had the opportunity to see the iLearningGlobal site. I am blown away by the quality of the product, mission and website and I'm excited to join the ILG faculty.

I encourage you to pay close attention to the emails you receive from Meagen over this next week as we assist you into this new universe. (Then contact your downline and help them.) As I mentioned, iLearningGlobal is growing rapidly and we're very grateful for their personal attention through this merger. The ILG staff has been awesome and have worked as hard as we have to make this transition as smooth for you as possible. There's still a lot of work to be done.

Important notes:

1. Some Associates have contacted us to see if they could come back in and have their former place back. We will look at this on a case-by-case basis. If this is you, please contact Meagen as soon as possible as once the transition is complete this will not be possible.

2. It is vital that you make a decision whether to join ILG in August or September, so watch for the email with that option. Also, for legal reasons, to participate you need to accept their Terms and Conditions. You can do this on that same email.

3. Some Associates have been concerned that since we moved to a 2 level Affiliate program they lost their downline. This isn't the case-you only couldn't see it on your virtual office. Trust me, it still exists. One Associate we checked on already went down 13 levels.

4. Many have asked if, as a member of the BookWise line in iLearningGlobal, they can still receive some special calls each month from Richard and/or Bob. Yes! Stay tuned for more info on this.
